These are true authentic Italian style thin crust pizzas spun by hand and range from 10-12 inches. We put a very special 50/50 provolone, mozzarella cheese blend on our crust and you build your toppings from there. We make our own Italian sausage, pickle our own artichokes, cut fresh pineapple and use kalamata olives. Everything about our pizza is as fresh as possible. Our red sauce is very neutral and doesn’t over power the pizza while our white crust is truly authentic, olive oil and roasted garlic.

One of our most popular dishes, made with our roasted chickens in a light Dijon mayonnaise with fresh diced vegetables and fresh thyme.  Served on a bed of greens and a slice of our famous in house baked focaccia bread accompanied by seasonal fruits and vegetables, this is truly a chicken salad like you’ve never had before.
